Yes. This coaching is specifically designed for businesses running on (or fully committed to) EOS. We work within the EOS framework and help your Integrator bring the tools to life through day-to-day leadership, not just theory.
That’s very common—and coaching is often most helpful in these blended roles. We help them understand the distinction between “doing the work” and “leading the team,” and give them tools to step into true Integrator-level leadership, no matter their title.
We’re not embedded like a Fractional Integrator would be, but we’re hands-on. We typically meet with the Integrator weekly or bi-weekly, with optional involvement in L10s, quarterly planning prep, and Visionary/Integrator Same Page Meetings as needed.
Most clients work with us for 3–12 months, depending on the Integrator’s experience level and the pace of their growth. We aim to build their confidence, sharpen their leadership, and eventually step back as they become fully self-sufficient.
A stronger Integrator means a clearer path for the Visionary to get back into their unique ability. We also support Visionaries through facilitated Same Page Meeting prep, coaching on how to best work with their Integrator, and tools to strengthen the partnership.
Yes. If at any point it becomes clear that coaching alone won’t meet your needs, we can discuss transitioning into a full Fractional Integrator engagement. We’ll always recommend what’s best for your business, even if it means bringing in someone new.
